They do blue printing and lab finishing..

They don't warranty any labbed props but not sure any one would.

Call BBlades. He can lab any props and will discuss your needs and give you realistic expectations

I'd call brett at bblades or julie/matt at throttle up. They should be able to do what you need. You looking for RPM BZ?

We do all our Labbing in house. We have the templates an can do them to fit your needs.

Hydromotive sends them out to a local guy.

Just a quick note on labbing Hydromotives. We typically see 150-180 RPM increase on them, not 250 RPM as seen with other manufacturers props. The P5-X is a special case however. We stopped labbing them about 3-3.5 years ago. The propeller is already pretty thin....which is why it can hold its own pretty well right out of the box, stock. This does not leave much for the labbing process, particularly the thinning aspect. We also have seen a much higher failure rate with labbed P5-X propellers, regardless of the company that performed the initial labbing. This high failure rate is why we stopped offering labbing services of the P5-X several years back. The gains reported were minimal along with RPM increases as well. This is not to say that you cannot thin the propellers significantly and experience the greater RPM increases, but the failure rate increases as well.
Food for thought.

I wonder how some labbed maximus would work on your hull BZ? I know they can be labbed, modified, with big results.

Now, the Maximus is a whole different beast....you can get some serious RPM out of them!

Definately one of my least favorite propellers out there! The P5-X on the other was one of my favorite props when we sold them.

so leave them alone and deal with 5100 rpm's on 525's????

Do you consistantly see 5100, or is there some fluctuations within the season for you?

I could get to 5100 but it was hard, trim, water and everything had to be just right.....

So would you say that you can run 5000 RPM all day long?

It sounds as if you need a props that are about one inch smaller in pitch to get the RPM you need to run. I would consider getting the correct pitch or swapping with someone.
