Thanks guys. Simple outpatient hernia procedure. Should be home tomorrow evening with all my parts.

The worse part is the limited activity for the next 6 or 8 weeks. I do not want to do this again.

Mercman: I just had the same procedure 9/4. It was a breeze. Gewt some Vicoden or Tylenol 3's as you will be sore. No lifting anything heavy (8 lbs)or stretching for 6 weeks. After 3 weeks i felt farily "normal". Coughs and sneezes are a bi*ch as they hurt.

Oh, yeah- Put ice packs onyourself to keep swelling and discoloration down. I know- Ice on the nutz soundz crazy BUT IT WORKS.

Well I have thawed 2 packs of blue berries and 1 of strawberries. They are now in a jello dessert with bananas.

I have been keyboard racing Trent and DD. And Match maker with Mikyfin and DD.

They don't now it yet but, they both missed seeing the checkers. :sifone:
