I launched the FORMULA out of Racine this weekend to see how she would run. After replacing 1 starter and re-wiring the bilge pump I was off. The lake was 2'-4' sloppy water and she performed really well....pretty solid ride. Here's some updated pics in the water. My props are a bit chewed up and need some work. Any suggestions on where to go?

Air Marine down by Midway does props for a LOT of guys in the area. When I needed one repaired, I sent it to Julie at Throttle Up.

Just my thoughts;

If the props are dinged etc, you should have them repaired by a reputable shop who can also measure them accurately. You really need to establish a base point for your improvements in the future, and for when you buy another pair of props so you have spares.

For now, if you run it, get RPM's and SPeed at every possible point that makes sense. Cruise, WOT, barely on plane, etc. Then, have them repaired and start your docmentation of what the changes are.

Without accurate base points, as good as the prop people are, they can't help make the small improvements for overall performance you will want.
